Job Title: Sr. Program Manager

Rate: 95$ to 100$/hr on W2

Responsibilities

What This Role Is This is not a task tracker role. This is a program-level operator responsible for driving complex enterprise-wide initiatives across infrastructure data risk and regulatory domains inside a banking environment.

You will be aligned to critical initiatives based on your strengths-not boxed into a single technology lane. The expectation is simple: you walk into ambiguity and leave behind execution structure and measurable outcomes. What Youll Do

  • Own delivery of large-scale cross-functional programs impacting infrastructure data risk and regulatory initiatives
  • Translate executive priorities into structured program roadmaps milestones and execution plans
  • Drive alignment across business technology risk compliance and vendor partners
  • Lead programs spanning:
    • Data governance & quality (DCAM DMBOK regulatory reporting)
    • Infrastructure modernization (data centers networks cloud)
    • Risk & compliance initiatives (FDIC CECL RMF/FedRAMP)
    • Enterprise transformation and cost optimization
  • Establish and maintain program governance (RAID reporting financials dependencies)
  • Communicate clearly and concisely to senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Bring order to complexity-define workstreams remove blockers and keep execution moving What Good Looks Like
  • Youve led $1M $25M programs with multiple workstreams and dependencies
  • You know how to balance delivery speed with regulatory rigor
  • You dont just report status-you drive outcomes and benefits realization
  • You can step into a broken or undefined program and stabilize it quickly Required Experience
  • 10 years in program/project management within banking or financial services
  • Proven experience leading enterprise infrastructure or data transformation programs
  • Strong background in risk compliance or regulatory-driven initiatives
  • Experience working across:
    • Infrastructure (networks data centers cloud)
    • Data platforms / governance
    • Enterprise applications and integrations
  • Deep understanding of program governance PMO structures and delivery frameworks (Agile Waterfall Hybrid) Preferred (This Is What Sets You Apart)
  • Direct experience with:
    • NIST RMF / FedRAMP / FISMA
    • Data governance frameworks (DCAM DMBOK)
    • Tools like Collibra Informatica Jira Confluence Planview
  • Background acting as a liaison between business and technology for risk alignment
  • Experience driving change management (Prosci ADKAR or similar)
  • Exposure to mainframe network or large-scale enterprise infrastructure environments Leadership Profile
  • Clear structured communicator-executive-ready without fluff
  • Comfortable challenging stakeholders when needed
  • Operates with urgency accountability and ownership
