Italian-Speaking Customer Support Agent
Lisbon Portugal On-Site Training Start: June 2

Are you a native-level Italian speaker (C2) with good English skills (B2) looking to start or grow your international career in Portugal Join a global customer experience company in Lisbon and work in an exciting multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers via phone email and chat

  • Resolve account service and general support enquiries

  • Deliver professional and empathetic customer service

  • Follow quality and productivity targets

Requirements

  • Italian proficiency C2 (spoken & written)

  • English proficiency B2 minimum

  • Customer service experience is advantageous

  • Availability to relocate to Lisbon

  • EU passport or valid Portuguese work authorization
