Job Summary

As a Sales Account Manager you will bridge the gap between high-level sales strategy and dedicated client relationship management. You will manage a high-value portfolio of French-speaking business clients driving revenue through renewals while identifying strategic opportunities for upselling and cross-selling premium software suites.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Account Growth: Own the full sales lifecycle for an assigned portfolio of B2B accounts across the French market.
  • Revenue Optimization: Drive high renewal rates while proactively identifying needs for additional licenses cloud services and enterprise solutions.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand client business goals and demonstrate how our digital solutions can streamline their workflows and enhance creativity.

  • Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact ensuring long-term client satisfaction and loyalty through regular business reviews.

  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate forecast and pipeline within our CRM meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends in digital media and document management to provide expert advice to your clients.

What You Bring to the Team

  • Language Mastery: Native or near-native fluency in French (C2) and a professional command of English (B2).
  • Sales Pedigree: Proven experience in a B2B sales or account management role is mandatory. Experience in SaaS or the tech industry is a significant advantage.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills; you know how to close a deal while maintaining a partnership.

  • Self-Starter Mentality: You thrive in a target-driven environment and are comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools (like Salesforce) and a passion for digital innovation.
