What you will do:

Guidehouse is seeking a Cloud Architect to design implement and oversee secure scalable cloud and data platform solutions supporting enterprise analytics data and AI initiatives. This role provides hands-on technical leadership and architectural direction across cloud infrastructure data platforms and DevSecOps environments.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Design end-to-end cloud and data platform architectures aligned to enterprise analytics data management and AI use cases.
• Lead infrastructure platform engineering and DevSecOps activities across cloud environments.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across AWS Snowflake and Databricks platforms.
• Support architecture reviews technical design sessions and solution demonstrations with client stakeholders.
• Ensure cloud solutions align with security governance resiliency and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate closely with data architects engineers operations leads and program leadership to deliver integrated solutions.
• Guide implementation teams on architectural standards patterns and best practices.

What you will need:

• US Citizenship.
• Bachelors degree is required
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in cloud architecture platform engineering or infrastructure design roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS Snowflake Databricks etc.
• Demonstrated experience with DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines and platform automation.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale data and analytics environments.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in the DC area.

What would be nice to have:

• Cloud and platform certifications (AWS Snowflake Databricks).
• Experience with Alteryx or analytics platform integrations.
• Prior experience supporting financial services or regulatory organizations.
