Position Overview:

As a Data Analyst at Jonesbororealtycompany you will be responsible for collecting organizing and analyzing large sets of data to help drive business decisions. You will work closely with our sales marketing and operations teams to provide valuable insights and recommendations based on your findings. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect and organize data from various sources including internal databases and external websites

- Analyze large data sets to identify trends patterns and insights

- Create reports and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions

- Develop and maintain data models and databases for efficient data analysis

- Identify and troubleshoot data quality issues and work towards resolving them

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Mathematics Statistics or a related field

- 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL Excel Tableau or Power BI

- Experience with database management and data modeling

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets

- Real estate industry knowledge is a plus
