As a Data Entry Clerk you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all data is entered in a timely and organized manner. This is a full-time permanent position with room for growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter data into our systems accurately and efficiently

- Verify data for accuracy and completeness

- Maintain and update electronic and physical records

- Communicate with team members to ensure timely and accurate data entry

- Identify and resolve any discrepancies in data

- Keep track of all received data and source documents

- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation

- Adhere to company policies and procedures

- Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role

- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data programs
