Candidate Profile
Education & Experience
Bachelors degree in Business Product Management Technology Marketing or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in product management platform businesses marketplaces proptech SaaS or related digital environments.
Proven experience shaping product direction based on user needs market opportunities and business priorities.
Experience working closely with software engineering or technology teams in cross-functional environments is required.
Exposure to real estate technology transaction platforms CRM ecosystems or marketplace businesses is preferred.
Experience in startup or growth-stage companies is a strong advantage.
Competencies and Skills
Product roadmap prioritization and platform strategy development.
Ability to translate business and user needs into actionable product initiatives.
Familiarity with product management and collaboration tools is a nice-to-have.
