Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enrollment Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. As the Enrollment Manager you will be responsible for managing the enrollment process for our rental properties ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both tenants and landlords.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the entire enrollment process for rental properties from initial contact to lease signing
Respond to inquiries from potential tenants and schedule property viewings
Conduct thorough screenings of potential tenants including credit and background checks
Coordinate lease agreements and ensure all necessary documents are completed accurately and in a timely manner
Communicate with landlords and tenants to address any concerns or questions during the enrollment process
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all enrollment activities
Develop and maintain relationships with local real estate agents and other industry professionals to generate leads and referrals
Stay updated on market trends and rental regulations to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business marketing or related field preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales customer service or property management
Strong knowledge of the real estate industry and rental market
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
