• Support the development execution and monitoring of marketing campaigns across our core products and channels.

• Maintain and update activity across traditional and digital channels including web email social display and affiliate.

• Assist with creating auditing and maintaining advertising materials brochures sales documents videos and other assets.

• Track and reconcile budgets raise purchase orders and manage finance requests.

• Compile campaign data update performance reports and maintain team trackers.

• Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to support smooth campaign delivery.

• Help maintain team processes including Jira cards briefs documentation and campaign calendars.

• Provide ad hoc support such as competitor research event assistance and lastminute tasks.

How will you support our Why

• Tertiary qualification (or current study) in marketing communications business or a related field.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Confident communicator who collaborates well and follows instructions effectively.

• Comfortable using digital tools including Microsoft Office; experience with Jira Figma or Ads Manager is an advantage.

• Proactive solutionsfocused mindset with a willingness to jump in and support the team.

• Genuine interest in marketing and a basic understanding of campaign activity with eagerness to learn.
