Program Analyst (Junior)

Job Summary
RiVidium Inc. is seeking a Junior Program Analyst to support Army Cyber and Space SETA business management and program analysis activities. The selected candidate will assist with planning evaluation prioritization coordination and financial management functions for assigned programs while helping program leadership maintain visibility into schedules milestones resources spend plans and contractor performance activities.
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented and analytical professional who can support program operations in a structured government environment while coordinating with technical financial and management stakeholders across Army and DoD organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support planning evaluation review and prioritization of technical and financial resources associated with assigned programs.
- Assist with program planning program evaluation financial management cost analysis and contractor performance measurement activities.
- Coordinate with Program Managers other PEOs Department of the Army staff other military services and industry personnel as required.
- Support the preparation coordination and review of program plans schedules milestones briefings and supporting documentation.
- Assist in organizing scheduling and administering meetings working groups and forums used to discuss program issues risks actions and decisions.
- Monitor program operations and support identification tracking and resolution of programmatic issues risks and control gaps.
- Evaluate the adequacy of controls and corrective actions and assist in identifying alternative solutions or recommended courses of action.
- Create and maintain spend plans budget exhibits tracking tools dashboards and program analysis products using Microsoft Office applications including Excel.
- Support action item tracking data collection reporting activities and coordination efforts across multiple stakeholders and organizations.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree (AA/AS) from an accredited college or university or an equivalent certificate formal training program or specialized business/program management training aligned to the duties of the position.
- One (1) to two (2) years of experience providing program analysis or business management support for multiple large projects or programs.
- Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities.
- Ability to support cost analysis financial tracking meeting coordination action tracking documentation development and program management support activities.
- Strong organizational analytical communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Academic concentration certification or formal training in Business Accounting Finance Economics Program Management or related disciplines.
- Experience preparing Program Objective Memorandum (POM) documentation and Procurement and Research Development Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) Budget Exhibits/P&R Forms.
- Experience creating and maintaining spend plans financial trackers and program reporting products.
- Familiarity with Army DoD cyber space or SETA program environments.
- Experience supporting government meetings milestone reviews action item management and executive-level reporting activities.
