Mercy Flights is seeking compassionate organized and service-driven professionals to join our Mobile Integrated Healthcare (MIH) team as an MIH Assistant Health Care Worker.

Summary:This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping patients coordinating care supporting healthcare teams and making a meaningful impact in the community. Youll assist with patient outreach scheduling care coordination documentation and communication while supporting innovative healthcare programs focused on improving patient outcomes beyond emergency response.

Qualifications Summary

• Minimum one year of experience in an office healthcare customer service dispatch or care coordination environment required.
• High School Diploma or equivalentrequired
• Strong communication organization and multitasking skills
• Experience working with computer systems documentation scheduling and data entry
• Ability to provide professional compassionate customer service
• Community Health Worker certification will be required within one year of hire
