What youll be doing
- Running the full search process from finding great people to getting them hired.
- Sourcing and reaching out to clinicians (RNs PTs OTs SLPs Social Workers HHAs)across Northern California to keep our teams growing.
- Building relationships with passive candidates and turning interest into excitement.
- Partnering with managers to understand where the biggest needs are and filling those gaps.
- Making sure every candidate has a smooth positive experience along the way.
- Keeping an eye on your numbers so you know whats working and where to adjust.
- Helping close candidates by sharing our story and what makes 21HHS special.
- Working closely with fellow recruiters swapping ideas and celebrating wins together.
- Acting as a true ambassador of our culture when talking to candidates online or at events.
