Job Summary
We areseekinga dedicated and detail-oriented production employee to join our team in
manufacturing electrical equipment used on utility-scale solar this role you
willbe responsible forassembling and producinghigh-quality productionproducts. The
ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail a commitment to producing quality
products and an understanding of electrical systems and equipment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:â
- Manufacture Electrical Equipment: Assemble test and package electrical
â âequipment used in utility-scale solar projects ensuring all items meet company and
â âindustry standards.
Quality Control: Perform detailed quality checks at every stage of the production
â âprocess to ensure that all electrical equipment meets rigorous quality and safety
â âstandards. Report and troubleshoot defects or issues.
Attention to Detail: Follow technical specifications and engineering diagrams with
â âprecision to ensureaccurateassembly and function of electrical systems.
Adhere to Safety Standards: Ensure all work is completed according to company
â âsafety guidelines and best practicesmaintaininga safe work environment at all
â â times.
Collaborate with Team: Work closely with production supervisors and other team
â âmembers to meet production targets deadlines and quality benchmarks.
Document Production:Maintainrecords of production processes test results and
â âmaterials used. Ensure all documentation isaccurateandup-to-date.
MaintainEquipment: Keep tools and equipment in good workingcondition. Report
â âany malfunctionsor neededrepairs to supervisors.
Continuous Improvement:Participatein training and initiatives to improve
â âproduction efficiency quality and processes. Suggest improvements to workflows
â âwhen necessary.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:â
- High school diploma or training or certifications in
â âelectrical or manufacturing fields is a plus.
Prior experience in production manufacturing or assembly preferably in electrical
â âor solar-related industries is preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings electrical schematics and
â assembly instructions.
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Basic understanding of electrical systems components and safety practices.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly.
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time asrequiredin a
â âproduction environment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:â
- Mustcomply withsafety requirements (e.g. clean-shaven long sleeves steel-toe boots).â
- Must pass aâdrug screen and background check.â
- Able to:â
- Climb andmaintainbalance on ladders scaffolding and stairways.â
- Stoop kneel crouch crawl and work at heights or in confined spaces (e.g. towers vessels excavations).â
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. (Useassistancefor heavier loads).â
- Stand or walk for extended periodsââ
BENEFITS AND PAY:
- $18-$20/hr
- Competitivehourlyrange based on experience and qualifications.

This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule.
