Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Lead Patient Service Representative to support daily front desk operations and serve as a key resource for staff. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment enjoys problem-solving and is passionate about delivering excellent patient service while supporting team success.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a primary resource and go-to person for team members providing guidance on workflows policies and procedures

Assist with resolving complex patient inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner

Identify troubleshoot and resolve scheduling or technical discrepancies related to patient exams

Support a positive team culture by promoting collaboration accountability and strong morale

Communicate important updates process changes and operational information across multiple locations

Serve as a Super User for Abbadox and phone systems providing training and support as needed

Assist in managing daily workflow and coordinating front desk operations to ensure efficiency and patient satisfaction

Partner with the Clinic Supervisor to support team communication and operational alignment

Assist with interviewing and evaluating new applicants providing feedback to support hiring decisions

Qualifications

Previous experience in a Patient Service Representative or similar healthcare administrative role required

Prior leadership or team lead experience preferred

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with scheduling systems and healthcare software (Abbadox experience preferred)

High level of professionalism and commitment to patient-centered care
