Construction Manager I

STV is seeking Construction Managers for our Transportation North department in New York NY.

Responsibilities:

• QA field inspector duties and Office Engineering duties on design-build contract

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 of years of experience in construction engineering and inspection preferably in transportation infrastructure projects.

• Strong understanding of MTA Amtrak and NYSDOT CEI processes contract administration and construction documentation.

• Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Working knowledge of Compass and AWP AASHTOWare project

• Excellent organizational communication and problem-solving skills.

• Valid drivers license and ability to work on-site as needed.

• Bachelors degree required

• Professional Engineer License preferred but not required
