• Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the organizations overall objectives and long-term vision.
• Provide clear vision and leadership to ensure the long-term success and sustainability of the business and its functions.
• Identify market trends competitive threats and growth opportunities to maintain and strengthen the companys competitive position.
• Establish and execute strategies with significant long-term (5 years) impact on business performance and results.
• Oversee the financial performance of the organization including budgeting forecasting financial planning and ensuring profitability.
• Identify potential business operational and market risks and implement strategies to mitigate those risks effectively.
• Collaborate closely with other senior leaders and members of the executive team to achieve organizational objectives and foster cross-functional alignment.

Education

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field preferred

Experience

• Typically requires 15 years of progressive related work experience including senior leadership or executive-level responsibility
• Demonstrated experience leading complex organizations or business units with significant financial and strategic accountability

Pay Range & Benefits

The base salary range provided is consistent with similar roles at the Company. The base salary range is not an absolute but a guide and actual offers will be based on the individual candidates knowledge skills education experience location market conditions and other compensation components. Depending upon all of the preceding considerations the base salary may be lower or higher than the stated range.
