Lead Analyst, Field Service Operations (Hybrid)

Job Summary
The Lead Analyst Field Service Operations is responsible for managing multiple operational initiatives that ensure consistent execution and accountability for fleet operations and training events. Activities include the ownership and management of providers and associated contracts fleet management facility management travel logistics and more.
What you will do:
- Establish and maintain regular relationships and communication with vendors and Stryker leaders regarding fleet operations and training logistics.
- Oversee quality delivery from fleet and training vendors ensuring consistent high-quality operations.
- Manage the vehicle fleet including maintenance schedules utilization tracking and lifecycle management.
- Monitor and develop metrics to measure the effectiveness of fleet operations ensuring performance targets are met.
- Identify opportunities to improve fleet performance cost or utilization based on Field Service insights.
- Coordinate logistics for Clinical and Technical Training events including scheduling venues equipment catering and onsite support.
- Coordinate travel logistics for trainers and participants including airfare lodging and ground transportation.
- Support training-related communications including attendee notifications logistics details and post-event follow-up.
What you need:
Required:
- Bachelors degree
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
Preferred:
- Fleet and vendor management experience preferred
- Clinical and technical training coordination experience preferred
United States of America Pay Ranges:
- USN: $77700 - $129500 USD Annual
