Shift: 12-Hour Day Shifts On-Call Rotation
Pay Rate: $60 $67/hour

Job Summary

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join a high-acuity Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team in Globe Arizona. The ICU RN will provide direct patient care to critically ill patients monitor complex medical conditions and collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

This role requires strong clinical judgment critical thinking abilities and experience working in a fast-paced critical care environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill ICU patients.
• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications treatments and IV therapies as ordered.
• Monitor ventilators telemetry and critical care equipment.
• Respond rapidly and effectively to emergency situations.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation within EMR systems.
• Collaborate with physicians respiratory therapists and healthcare staff to support optimal patient care.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies patient safety standards and infection control protocols.
• Deliver compassionate patient-centered care while supporting patients and families.

Requirements

• Active RN license in Arizona or Compact State License required.
• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience preferred.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• NIHSS certification preferred or required per facility guidelines.
• Experience with ventilators telemetry and critical care monitoring equipment.
• Strong assessment communication and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure clinical environment.
• EMR experience preferred.
