WHAT YOULL DO:
Keep Benefits Running Smoothly:Handle the day-to-day details of employeebenefits including health dental visiondisability workers comp FMLA/LOA andwellness programs.
Support Wellness & Vendors:Coordinate the wellness programcollaborate with the wellness committeeand be the main contact for benefitsvendors.
Manage Benefits Administration:Oversee enrollments updates COBRA andclaims along with monthly billing and planreviews.
Be a Go-To for Employees:Guide employees through annualenrollment answer benefit questions andshare helpful information and training.
Keep Records Accurate:Maintain benefits and payroll recordsprocess employee changes and manageFSA/HSA reporting and deposits.

Youre great with details and discretion:You know how important confidentiality is andhandle sensitive employee and companyinformation with care.
You work well solo and on a team:Youre comfortable managing your tasksindependently while also collaborating withothers when needed.
You stay cool under pressure:You can juggle multiple priorities stayorganized and keep things moving in a
fast-paced environment.
You understand HR basics:You have working knowledge of HR principlesand federal and local employment regulations.
Youre tech-savvy:Youre comfortable using HRIS systems andMicrosoft Office applications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Preferred: Associates degree in HumanResources Business Administration or a relatedfield
Minimum: High school diploma or GED with two(2) years of related experience. An equivalentcombination of education and experience may be considered.
