About the Role

As a Support Worker youll be part of a person-centred team that empowers individuals to live the lives they choose. No two days are the sameyour work will be varied fulfilling and fun.

Youll support individuals with:

• Personal care daily routines and independent living skills

• Taking part in activities they enjoysuch as cooking music art walking or going to the cinema

• Achieving goals that are meaningful to thembig or small

• Building confidence and maintaining strong links in the local community

This is a hands-on role where compassion patience and a sense of humour go a long way. Youll form meaningful relationships and celebrate progress no matter how small.
