This is a home-based role with occasional travel to our Glasgow office (around 12 times per month).
This is a fixed term opportunity currently running until 31st March 2026 with the potential to extend.

What youll be doing
- Build and maintain Microsoft Project plans using predecessors and successors
- Manage multiple project and programme plans keeping dates milestones and dependencies accurate
- Review project documentation and meeting notes then update plans to reflect agreed actions and changes
- Identify schedule risks issues and planning assumptions escalating through the right forums
- Provide clear planning insight to support governance reporting and decision-making
- Work independently while collaborating closely with project teams and PMO colleagues
What were looking for
Essential:
- Manage multiple project and/or programme schedules updating them from live information
- Interpret project documents and meeting minutes turning decisions into plan changes quickly
- Spot and raise schedule risks issues and dependencies with the right people at the right time
- Work with minimal supervision prioritising tasks and maintaining high attention to detail
- Security clearance: youll need to either already hold or be able to obtain Security Clearance (SC) (including having lived in the UK for at least 5 years).
Desirable:
- Support planning and reporting in a regulated or Defence environment
- Experienced in planning within Royal Navy programmes.
