Automotive Dispatcher

Responsibilities

• Responsible for dispatching monitoring and controllingtechnician workloads.
• Managethe efficiency of the technicians
• Timely distribution of workloads.
• Process all Used Car Inspection Repair Orders and Purchase orders
• Keep ASMsupdated onthe status of repair orders problems delays and requests.
• Maintain all technicians booked hours
• Provide supervisor with status reports
• Monday through Saturday with day off during the week

Qualifications

• Dealership Service Experience as must.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills organizational and time management skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Computer skills with a DMS system and Excel required
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Able to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Dealer Track X Time ARS PRO (are helpful but not necessary)
• Must be willing to submit a background check
