Job Summary
Physical Therapist Outpatient Orthopedics
Location: Kennewick WA
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic clinic setting. The ideal candidate will be patient-focused adaptable and comfortable managing a fast-paced outpatient caseload while delivering high-quality rehabilitative care.
This opportunity is open to first-time travelers; however new graduates will not be considered.
Patient Population
- Outpatient Orthopedic patients
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic injuries and musculoskeletal conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Provide therapeutic exercises manual therapy mobility training and functional rehabilitation
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
- Educate patients on injury prevention recovery strategies and home exercise programs
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes
Productivity Expectations
- Expected productivity: 60 patient visits per week
- Average patient volume: 1214 patients per day
- Double-booking of follow-up visits expected
Requirements
- Outpatient experience preferred
- First-time travelers accepted
- New graduates will not be accepted
- PTA candidates will not be accepted
- Strong communication and patient care skills required
- Ability to work independently in a busy outpatient setting
