Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Architect to design implement and oversee enterprise-scale solutions across the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP) strong architecture skills and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable secure and high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

• Define end-to-end architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales Customer Service Finance Supply Chain etc.).
• Design scalable secure and high-performance solutions aligned with business needs.
• Lead architecture discussions and provide technical direction across teams.
• Ensure best practices in system integration data modeling and customization.

Implementation & Delivery

• Lead full lifecycle implementations (design development testing deployment).
• Oversee customization using plugins workflows Power Platform and integrations.
• Collaborate with developers functional consultants and stakeholders.

Integration & Data Management

• Design integrations with external systems using APIs Azure services and middleware.
• Ensure proper data migration governance and data quality strategies.
• Work with Dataverse and enterprise data platforms.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Act as a technical advisor to business and IT leadership.
• Conduct workshops requirement gathering sessions and architecture reviews.
• Mentor development teams and enforce coding and architecture standards.

Performance & Security

• Ensure system performance optimization and scalability.
• Define and enforce security models compliance and governance policies.

Required Qualifications

• 10 years of IT experience with 5 years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture.
• Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM/CE and/or ERP modules.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate Power BI)
  • Dataverse
  • Azure (Logic Apps Functions Service Bus)
  • .NET / C# development
• Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs middleware tools).
• Strong understanding of SDLC DevOps and Agile methodologies
