TheProductMarketing Manager is the key SME when it comes to all things related toproductmarketingidentifyinganddelivering onthe defined marketing goals within the team. The role will be accountable for identification evaluationrecommendationand implementation of marketing initiatives that will increase revenue and profitability and drive excellent customerexperiences.

YOUR ROLE IN THE GAME

Reporting to theDirector National Draw Based Games you will be empowered to:

  • Support and manage integrated marketing strategies tactics andcampaigns to promotefull-funnelconsumerfacing lottery products across all channels including digital social CRM experiential promotions PR and owned platforms.

  • Lead endtoend campaign delivery from planning and concept development through execution optimization and postcampaign analysisand budget managementensuring alignment to product and businessobjectives.

  • Partner with Analytics to generate insights improve campaign performance monitor KPIs and recommend pivots based on market trends and results.

  • Support the Product Lead in developing annual revenue targetsidentifyingkeyinitiativesand making datadriven recommendations tomaximize acquisition and retention and deliver against corporate sales targets.

  • Lead creative development in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies ensuring brand consistency and strong creative execution across all assets.

  • Own assigned product development initiatives from ideation to launch including game branding look and feel prize structures timelines testing and market implementation.

  • Identify evaluate and recommend new marketing productand channel opportunities working closely with Research to assess concepts brand enhancements and line extensions using insights and industry learnings.

  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with Lottery and Digital teams Marketing Communications Legal Compliance Finance Technology and external vendors and agencies to ensure aligned compliant and effective campaign and product delivery.

WHAT YOUBRINGTO THE GAME

Education &Experience:

  • Strong understanding of marketing strategiesfull-funnel expertise informed by industry trendsand digital performance data user needs and pain points to shape effective marketing approaches.

  • Comfortable working with technology and IT tools to enable datadriven marketing strategies and unlock new promotional opportunities.

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent (3-5 years) work experience.

  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in marketingbrand/product management with a strong focus on directtoconsumer growth marketing including digital and omnichannel channels such as media email CRM owned assets and social.

RelevantSkills:

  • Strong communication skills with ability to communicate complex messages and trade-offs totell a compelling story

  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a multi-disciplined environmentincluding technology new product developmentproduct design promotion merchandising advertising public relations and market research.

  • Strong problem solver with ability to find solutions to drive progress often witha high levelof ambiguity
