Job Summary
Who Were Looking For:The HR Assistant is responsible for offering day-to-day support to employees the HR Team and completing various HR functions including enforcing policies programs and practices for our employees. What You Will Work On:Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Provides HR support to employeesCompletes verifications of employmentMaintains data integrity in the HRIS systemSend out new hire welcome giftsAssist with onboarding of new employeesAnswering HR-related inquiries by email or phoneScanning documents into shared systemPerforms other related duties as assigned or requestedRequired Skills/Abilities: Strong interpersonal organizational and communication skillsAbility to write and verbally communicate in a clear and concise mannerMust be able to interact with employees at all levelsStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Microsoft ExcelMust be able to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information Strong problem-solving skillsMust be motivated and results-drivenWhat You Will Bring:Experience with DayforcePrevious payroll software experienceBachelors degree in human resources or pursuing a degree in HR or related field of study Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computerMust be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a timeThis is a hybrid role (3 days in the office).
