Job Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC is looking for a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a Long-Term Care facility. The CNA will assist residents with daily care needs and provide support to nursing staff to ensure quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing dressing grooming feeding and toileting
- Help with transferring repositioning and mobility assistance
- Take and record vital signs
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Provide compassionate care and emotional support to residents
- Follow infection control and safety procedures
- Document patient care activities accurately
Requirements
- Active CNA Certification
- BLS Certification preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
- Long-Term Care experience preferred
