Product Support Specialist

The Marvin Technical Support Department delivers exceptional timely and professional support to customers by providing expert guidance on product capabilities limitations special pricing and estimating. This team collaborates cross-functionally with departments such as Manufacturing R&D Quality Engineering Purchasing and Signature Services to ensure accurate and efficient solutions.

A core objective of the department is responsiveness. Faced with complex and highly specific customer requests the team strives to meet exact specifications or when not feasible offer well-considered alternative solutions.

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product capabilities limitations and specifications
• Prepare pricing estimates structural analyses and AutoCAD drawings
• Solve complex customized and non-recurring challenges using creative problem-solving
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align product options with production capabilities
• Support and educate dealers channel partners and trade professionals
• Contribute to departmental goals tied to accuracy responsiveness and service quality

• Associate or bachelors degree preferred ideally in Engineering Drafting Construction Management Architecture or a related field
• 24 years of experience in a related field or in estimating drafting or construction
• Experience in AutoCAD (we do provide training) and Microsoft Office is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a solid understanding of the construction industry

• Technical curiosity and the ability to quickly learn Marvin products and systems
• A self-directed approach to managing priorities deadlines and details
• A collaborative mindset with sound business judgment
• A solution-oriented perspective and comfort with ambiguity
