Job Summary
True North Classical Academies are hiring a Director of Lacrosse!
This was our inaugural year and were seeking a hands-on leader to coach and build our K12 lacrosse program across multiple campuses.
Youll serve as our lead coach while laying the foundation for a strong K6 pipeline and growing a full program from the ground up.
What Youll Do:
Coach student-athletes directly
Build the K12 lacrosse program starting with early grades
Mentor future coaches and lead program expansion
Foster a culture of teamwork character and excellence
What Were Looking For:
Proven success in coaching and program development for lacrosse
Strong leadership and communication skills
Passion for inspiring young athletes
Bachelors degree preferred
