Our Tool & Die Machine Assembler role is for someone who thrives on craftsmanship ownership and seeing their work perform in the real world.
What Youll Do:
- Assemble troubleshoot and debug precision tooling dies and mechanical systems.
- Install industrial machine systems and tool die equipmentat customer sites.
- Determine the best method and sequence to mechanically assemble and assist with debugging of industrial machines and tooling systems.
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve design or process challenges.
- Working knowledge of precision machining and grinding processes.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and assembly instructions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications; SolidWorks preferred.
- Must be a U.S citizen and be able to comply with U.S. export regulations.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship.
- Ability to wear required PPE.
Experience & Education:
- Minimum 3 yearsexperience in amachining or surface grindingenvironment required.
- Machine assembly experience preferred.
- Tool & die assembly experience preferred.
- Completion of apprenticeship program or equivalent experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Stand or sit for extended periods (810 hours/day).
- Lift up to 35 lbs. unassisted.
- Frequent reaching kneeling stooping and manual dexterity tasks.
- Ability to wear PPE and work around industrial equipment.
Work Environment:
- On-site manufacturing environment.
- Exposure to moving machinery and moderate noise levels.
- Frequent movement between departments.
