Position: Collision Manager

Location:
607 NJ33 (Route33) Hamilton Township / Trenton NJ 08619

Hours:
Monday Friday 8:00AM 5:00PM. Saturday by appointment;

Key Responsibilities:

• Create accurate detailed collision repair estimates using CCC or Mitchell platforms.

• Meet with customers to assess damage explain estimates answer questions and upsell quality repairs or OEM parts.

• Collaborate with technicians and parts teams to plan repair scopes and timelines.

• Work with customers body shop staff and insurance adjusters to manage claims and approvals.

• Support shop growth goals through sales-oriented estimating and consistent customer experiences.

• Manage the workflow and Technicians
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Manager the Technicians and shop compliance

Candidate Qualifications:

• Experience in auto body estimating or solid background in paint/body repair.

• Familiarity with industry software (CCC One Mitchell) preferred.

• Excellent customer service communication and interpersonal skills.

• Organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple claims.

• Ability to work under pressure; estimators are the face of the shop balancing expectations from techs insurers and clients

• Commission or bonus structure based on sales or gross profit commonly offered in estimating roles.
