Job Description

Starling Physicians has a current opening for a Board Certified Interventional Nephrologist. Join a robust nephrology division supported by two experienced Interventional Nephrologists. Work alongside 20 total nephrology providers including physicians and advanced practice clinicians participate in care across 15 dialysis units with wellorganized rounding schedules and strong operational support access to stateoftheart interventional facilities and a dedicated procedural team. Integrated multispecialty environment with seamless referrals and shared EMR

Responsibilities include:

• Perform interventional nephrology procedures (e.g. vascular access management fistulograms thrombectomies catheter placements)
• Provide inpatient and outpatient nephrology care
• Participate in dialysis rounding across assigned units
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Contribute to quality initiatives and program development

Requirements include:

• Boardcertified or boardeligible in Nephrology
• Fellowship training in Interventional Nephrology preferred

• Must be able to obtain Connecticut licensure before you begin practicing

• Strong communication skills and a commitment to teambased care
