RNs must be prepared to float frequently to meet the staffing needs of the hospital***RTO Blackout Dates due to College World Series: 6/11/26 - 6/22/26Specialty: Mixed Acuity (Medical Surgical/Telemetry & Stepdown); Multi-care level unit and RNs should be prepared to care for up to six Med Surg patients.48 bed unit caring for medical surgical patients specializing in Neurology and Neurosurgery. Eight of our beds are equipped for long term EEG monitoring. Our specialized patient population includes: strokes aneurysms seizures spinal fusions brain and spinal cord tumors and other neurological Ratios are 1:5 days/1:6 nights. Depending on staffing night ratios can be 1:7 (this is rare but facility wants travelers to be aware).Stepdown Ratios: 1:3-4 days and nights. 2 years of prior experience required (must have 2 years exp in large urban hospital)Drips are required on all floorsEPIC charting experience requiredFirst timers NOT accepted (will consider if the traveler has 2 years of experience at a Level l Academic Medical Center)Will float within scope to meet facility needs (this includes potentially floating to Bellevue campus). Units may include but are not limited to 4CS 5 West 6 Neuro 4/5 Lied 6/7 Lied 7 HVU 8 Werner 9 Trauma Bellevue MS Observation addition to CNAs care teams include care techs transport team swoop/paramedics. LPNs are assigned on some but not all floors.100% NICOTINE FREE FACILITYWeekends: 4 weekend shifts out of 8 possible in an 4-week period. Days: Saturday and Sunday. Nights: Friday night and Saturday restrictions: Up to two weeks of RTO permitted. RTO must be submitted with application.
