You work reliably think ahead and have a strong eye for detail In this fixed-term part-time role you will support our finance-related processes around travel and expense reports and help ensure accuracy compliance and smooth day-to-day operations.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• You review travel and expense reports for accuracy completeness and compliance with internal policies.

• You ensure adherence to company guidelines as well as applicable tax regulations.

• You identify errors inconsistencies or potential misuse and follow up on them in a structured and solution-oriented way.

• You communicate closely with employees to clarify missing unclear or incorrect information.

• You actively support process improvements and help strengthen internal controls.

• You are reliable detail-oriented and proactive in your daily work.

• You have a strong interest in accounting finance and commercial topics and are eager to grow in this area.

• You bring initial relevant work experience for example in a commercial finance or similar role.
