What You Will Do:

Guidehouse is seeking a Program Manager to lead a large complex regulator-facing data and AI modernization program. The Program Manager will be responsible for end-to-end delivery oversight stakeholder engagement financial management and execution of an Agile program operating across technical and business workstreams.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provide overall program leadership and accountability for scope cost schedule and performance.
• Lead stakeholder engagement across IT and business partners including supervision economists data scientists executive leadership and governance bodies.
• Manage program financials budgeting forecasting and contract performance.
• Establish and oversee PMO governance reporting and performance management metrics.
• Lead Agile program execution including roadmap development release planning and dependency management.
• Manage resources staffing plans and surge-up / surge-down activities.
• Oversee delivery quality and risk management across multiple technical workstreams.
• Communicate program status risks and recommendations to senior client and Guidehouse leadership.

What You Will Need:

• US required
• Bachelors degree is required
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience leading large-scale IT and data programs.
• Demonstrated experience with budgeting financial management and PMO oversight.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience delivering programs using Agile methodologies.
• PMP and/or PMI-ACP certification.

What Would Be Nice to Have:

• Prior experience supporting financial services regulators
• Experience managing cloud Snowflake or data platform modernization programs.
• AI and advanced analytics program experience.
• SAFe or additional Agile certifications.
• Cloud certifications (AWS Snowflake etc.).
• Experience engaging with governance or executive oversight committees.
