- Develop and own metals and thinfilm etch processes for advanced DRAM technologies
- Drive technical decisions through experiments data analysis and feasibility studies
- Partner with integration and process teams to meet yield performance and scaling goals
- Generate and protect Micron intellectual property
- Influence technical direction through clear communication with senior stakeholders
- Bachelors degree in Materials Science Physics Chemistry Chemical Engineering Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
- 5 years of relevant experience including industry work or graduate research
- Solid understanding of solidstate physics metals surfaces and interfaces
- Hands-on experience with thinfilm deposition or etch tools in a lab or cleanroom
- Knowledge of chemical kinetics applied to CVD ALD or PVD processes
- Experience in semiconductor process development or manufacturing
- Proficiency in data analysis statistics and experimental design
- Experience with thinfilm characterization techniques such as SEM TEM SIMS or XPS
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects independently and take process ownership
- Experience applying AI automation or coding to engineering or data workflows
