Sales Experience Tier 1 Agent

Perform Account Processing including:

o Verifying account accuracy (address email and required customer information)

o Confirming two customer contact phone numbers

o Processing credit checks

o Ensuring change order accuracy when applicable

o Charging activations when required

o Scheduling installation appointments

o Supporting API order processing as needed

Manage and resolve No Show Cases ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation.

Perform Account Processing

Manage and resolve No Show Cases ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation.

Maintain accuracy and compliance with all company policies SOPs and operational procedures.

Ensure all orders and accounts meet department accuracy standards.

Support operational efficiency by maintaining clean and accurate account records.

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods and use computer and communication systems throughout the workday
• Work is performed in an office environment
• Limited travel may be required

All SafeStreets employees must be 18 years of age or older.

High School Diploma or GED preferred
