About the Role

Movement for Life Physical Therapy is growing! Were hiring a Physical Therapist to join our team in Paso Robles CA. This is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative patient-centered environment with strong mentorship for new grads specialty support and flexible scheduling.

• Full-time preferred 40 hours per week

• Part-time and PRN candidates considered

Caseload & Specialty Areas

• Diverse outpatient orthopedic caseload including:

  • Sports injuries

  • Pre and post-operative rehabilitation

  • Injury prevention and performance conditioning

• Specialty areas supported including:

  • Concussion Therapy

  • Balance Training & Fall Prevention

  • Cardiopulmonary Rehab

  • Pre/Post-Surgical Rehab

  • Sports Injury Rehab & Performance Training

  • Workplace Injury Rehab

New grads are welcome! Mentorship is available to ensure a smooth transition into the role.

Work Schedule

• Clinic hours: 7:30 AM - 6:30 PM

• Flexible scheduling available: 4x10s or 5x8s

• No weekends or holidays!

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $80000 - $110000 per year (based on experience and specialty certifications)

Job Requirements

• Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing)

• California PT licensure or eligibility

• New grads welcome mentorship available
