Leidos is seeking a Program Analyst to support the FAAs Office of Human Resource Management. The selected candidate will provide Employee Experience support across functional and programmatic areas within the Office of Compensation Benefits Strategy and Worklife within the FAAs Office of Human Resource Management (AHR).
In this role you will be responsible for the implementation management and optimization of Employee Experience programs including the PROPS awards platform. This performance recognition platform allows managers and designated personnel to submit and approve staff for awards.
Primary Responsiblities include:
Strategic Planning: Align programs with federal regulations and workforce trends.
Program Administration: Manage end-to-end operations including system compliance for PROPS and Employee Experience programs.
Content & Training: Develop and maintain SOPs job aids websites and training materials for HR staff and stakeholders.
Communications: Provide and execute outreach strategies via newsletters intranet and town halls to drive program participation.
Project Management: Provide executive briefings data dashboards and quality assurance; facilitate webinars and conferences.
Research: Conduct benchmarking and coordinate responses to internal/external information requests.
Stakeholder Engagement: May have frequent contacts with customers and external parties on routine matters such as gathering information explaining regulations and discussing the customers situations. Independently coordinates with multiple stakeholders (internal and external).
Minimum Qualifications:
Requires a BA degree and 4 to 6 years of prior relevant experience or Masters degree with 2 years of prior experience; specifically Human Resources.
Prior FAA experience or other federal agencies.
Knowledge of standard administrative practices/procedures management studies program development analysis and evaluation.
Creating/editing word documents retrieves specific data from identified database or Excel spreadsheets to develop pivot tables and produce basic data visualizations (e.g. line and bar charts)
Ability to work effectively compile and present information in a clear and concise manner. Ability to organize plan effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment and successfully complete multiple assignments with conflicting deadlines.
Must have the ability to obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance Suitability (To be eligible for Public Trust Security Clearance one must be either a U.S. Citizen OR a U.S. Permanent Resident/Green Card holder who has resided in the U.S.A for the past 3 years.)
Hybrid Position: Requires two days each week at Government Site in Washington DC.
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP certification. SHRM Certification

Pay Range:
Pay Range $65650.00 - $118675.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job education experience knowledge skills and abilities as well as internal equity alignment with market data applicable bargaining agreement (if any) or other law.
