Job Title: Physical Therapist Outpatient Orthopedics
Location: Oneonta AL
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: 8-Hour Day Shifts
Schedule: 36 Hours Guaranteed (Expected up to 40 Hours/Week)

Compensation:

• Pay Rate: $38$53/hour (based on experience)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Physical Therapist (PT) for an outpatient orthopedic setting. This opportunity is ideal for experienced therapists as well as new graduates looking to gain hands-on clinical experience in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans and rehabilitation goals
• Manage a daily caseload of approximately 1214 patients
• Maintain productivity expectations of approximately 60 visits per week
• Perform accurate timely and compliant clinical documentation
• Educate patients on treatment plans exercises and recovery goals
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care and positive outcomes
• Follow clinic scheduling workflows including double-booking of follow-up appointments when required
• Maintain compliance with healthcare and safety standards

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) License required
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
