You will be responsible for analysing client needs developing financial solutions and offering recommendations tailored to specific business requirements.

Engagement Delivery
Work with PwC colleagues across other lines of service to support client needs forFinance Transformation servicesrelated to ERP implementationacross Canada
Contribute to or lead proposal development efforts forFinance Transformation andERPenabledopportunities working alongside industry and market teams
Lead the delivery of finance workstreams or Finance Transformation engagements including:
Finance technology enablement with a focus on ERP implementations and upgrades (e.g. core financial modules)
Financial process analysis design and implementationacrossendtoendfinance value chains
Performance improvement initiativesfocused on efficiency controls and cost optimization (ERPenabled)
Finance vendor and ERP software selectionactivities
Alternative delivery model and finance operating model design including shared services and outsourcing models (Preferable)
Support engagement Directors and Partners in managingproject risk scope and engagement economics
Prepare review and ensure engagement deliverables meetPwC quality standards and client expectations
People & Practice Development
Perform the role ofcoach for junior team membersand activelyparticipatein mentorship
Support the team inimproving and evolving ways of working delivery approaches and tools whenrequired
Assistinidentifyingmarket gaps and opportunitiesto develop new value propositions within Finance Transformation and ERP
Lookfor opportunities toscale delivery efficiencies and enable new ways of workingthrough process and technology innovation

10-12years of professional experiencein management consulting finance transformation or enterprise finance roles with a focus onfinance operations andERPenabledinitiatives
Strong experience deliveringERPbasedfinance transformation programs including system implementation enhancement or optimization projects
Solid understanding ofcore finance processes including:
OrdertoCash(O2C) order entry credit billing AR collections
ProcuretoPay(P2P) procurement AP and payment processing
RecordtoReport(R2R) close consolidation financial reporting fixed assets inventory payroll
Performance Management- management reporting planning budgeting & forecasting analytics & decision support
Experience leadingprocess improvement orreengineeringinitiativesin corebackofficefinance and accounting functions in a consulting capacity(Preferable)
Expertiseinfinance strategy and operating model design including defining targetoperatingmodels developing transformation roadmaps and supporting business cases(Preferable)
Demonstratedproject management and team leadership skillsin complexmultistakeholderenvironments
CPA MBA or related graduate degree is an asset
ERP system certifications will be an asset

The salary range for this position is $112400 - $162400. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada base salary is determined by your skills experience qualifications and work addition to base salary eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements.
