Experience:
- 4-8 years of mechanical engineering and HVAC design experience with an intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Revit.
- Strong knowledge ofcalculations design layout and specification of commercial and institutional HVAC systems.
- Prior workwithHVAC replacement projects and project management for these types of projects.
- Mechanical Engineering bachelors or masters degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent commercial HVAC design experience.
- Ideal applicants will have a PE certification.
- Good working knowledge of the International Mechanical Code and Energy Conservation Code.
- Strong communication is essential along with the skills to work as an effective member of multi-discipline project teams.
- Successfully handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment with minimal oversight.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to provide strict attention to detail and be a good troubleshooter and problem solver who works well under pressure with a can-do attitude.
- Working knowledge of codes and standards such as SMACNA NEC IBC IMC IECC ASHRAE.
