What youll do
As Sales Manager Vaccines you will:
- Lead and inspire a field sales teamto deliver high performance accountability and a positive team culture
- Build a culture ofpsychological safety collaboration and continuous improvement
- Develop and executedata-driven territory plansto maximize field effectiveness and business outcomes
- Partner onterritory design and resource allocationto ensure the right focus on the right customers
- Driveomnichannel cycle planningto strengthen customer engagement across channels
- Leadsegmentation targeting and persona developmentto ensure tailored and effective field execution
- Coach the team onsales call excellence competitive selling account management and emotional selling
- Build field capabilities throughtraining field coaching and onboarding
- Implement and optimizesales tools CRM systems dashboards and digital enablement platforms
- Monitor performance throughKPIs analytics and insights and turn data into action
- ManageSIP target setting tracking and payout responsibilityin collaboration with key stakeholders
- Work closely withMarketing Medical Affairs Digital and Data teamsto ensure aligned messaging and execution
- Act as theVoice of SalesandVoice of Customerto Head Office
- Capture and sharemarket intelligence customer feedback and competitive insightsto inform strategy
What were looking for
Education:
- Masters/ Bachelors degree in health sciencerequired
Experience:
- 5 years experiencein sales or sales management ideally within vaccines or other related pharmaceutical environment
- Experience inSales OperationsorSales Excellenceis highly desirable
Skills and strengths:
- Strong knowledge of theHungarian vaccines field
- Proven ability to coach and develop teams in:
- Sales call model
- Competitive selling
- Account management
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to improve territory and team performance
- Excellent communication coaching and interpersonal skills
- Confident influencing skills in amatrix organization
- Strong customer orientation and a genuine focus on delivering value
- Results-driven with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to motivate and energize others
- Proficiency withVeeva or similar CRM tools digital sales platforms dashboards and data analysis tools
- Strong Microsoft Office skills especiallyExcelandPowerPoint
