Summer Student Accounting / Finance

Location: Mississauga ON
Term: Summer (MayAugust)

Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated Accounting / Finance Summer Student to support the Finance team with data analysis reporting and process improvement activities. This role is ideal for a highachieving business student with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Support accounting and finance analysis through data collection validation and reporting
• Build and maintain Excel datasets to support financial and operational decisionmaking
• Assist with basic financial analysis modeling and trend reviews
• Prepare summaries and presentation materials for internal stakeholders
• Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives
• Perform adhoc finance support as required

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor of Management Finance Accounting or related program
• Strong academic performance
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with Python or data analytics an asset
• Strong analytical organizational and communication skills
• Detailoriented selfmotivated and able to work in a team environment
