As aSales Manager 2-Platinum youll lead a high-performing team strategically manage client relationships and drive sales initiatives that set the standard for excellence. Your leadership will unlock opportunities optimize territory coverage and foster lasting customer loyalty.

Join our Platinum Mid-Market Sales Management Team and unlock exceptional earning potential! Our compensation package features a competitive base salary plus a performance-based commission structure. At 100% of your sales target annual earnings typically range from $188600 to $247800. Commission earnings are capped at 500% of target allowing for an annual earning potential of $350000 or more for high achievers. What youll do:

  • Lead and Develop Sales Teams:Direct mentor and support a team of sales professionals to achieve peak performance and foster ongoing skill development.

  • Drive Strategic Sales Initiatives:Design and execute sales strategies to generate new business expand existing accounts and achieve ambitious revenue targets.

  • Manage Key Client Relationships:Build and maintain strong relationships with mid-market clients resolve complex challenges and participate in major negotiations to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Optimize Territory and Resource Management:Allocate territories and resources to maximize coverage and business opportunities.

  • Oversee Team Operations:Execute sales plans assign responsibilities monitor results and drive hiring and promotion decisions to build a high-performing team.

What youll need:

  • Proven Leadership:Demonstrated experience leading coaching and developing sales teams to consistently meet or exceed goals.

  • Strategic Sales Planning:Expertise in creating and implementing effective sales strategies in dynamic markets.

  • Relationship Management:Advanced ability to cultivate maintain and strengthen key client partnerships.

  • Analytical Acumen:Strong skills in evaluating performance identifying improvement opportunities and solving complex problems.

  • Territory Management:Experience managing territories and aligning resources for optimal results.

What youll bring:

  • Education:Bachelors degree (BS/BA) preferred.

  • Sales Expertise:8 years of progressive sales experience with an emphasis on business-to-business or mid-market sales.

  • Business Acumen:Deep understanding of sales operations product offerings and market dynamics.

  • People Management:Experience in talent acquisition performance management and team development within a sales organization.

  • Results Orientation:Proven ability to consistently achieve or surpass sales targets in a competitive complex business environment.
