Job Summary
The Security Officer maintains a safe and secure environment for all guests employees and company assets.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in transporting money and chips.
- Control access to restricted areas.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to customer and employee incidents and accidents. Write reports.
- Monitor customer and employee passage in and out of casino.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule as required by business operations including late nights weekends and holidays; shifts may change
Qualifications:
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission Class C license.
- Must be at least 18 Years of age.
- Casino experience preferred.
- Must possess excellent teamwork interpersonal customer service and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to work Weekends and Holidays
- Able to effectively communicate in English via verbal and written
