As a Continuous Improvement Engineer you will be a key member of Arxadas global Continuous Improvement team partnering closely with site and functional leaders to drive operational this role you will apply scientific and engineering expertise to identify opportunities solve complex problems and deliver measurable cost efficiency and performance improvements. You will lead and influence crossfunctional teams mentor others in CI methodologies and ensure projects deliver results safely on time and within budget.
Essential Job Functions
- Develop deep process expertise in assigned areas including chemistry equipment operation process limitations cost drivers yields and usage
- Partner with manufacturing sites to implement operating discipline and continuous improvement principles using Lean Six Sigma and related methodologies
- Lead and support costsaving initiatives including feasibility assessment conceptual cost analysis and technical risk evaluation
- Teach mentor and coach teams in the effective use of continuous improvement tools and methodologies
- Represent the technical team in project meetings influencing datadriven decisions and adherence to committed timelines and cost targets
- Analyze process and performance data to identify root causes define corrective actions and drive sustainable improvements
- Manage CI projects within your area of responsibility ensuring delivery of defined and measurable results
- Perform other duties as assigned in support of business objectives
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Chemical Engineeringrequired
- 510 years of relevant experience in continuous improvement process engineering or operational excellence
- Strong experience with Lean Six Sigma Operational Discipline OEE or similar CI frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to lead crossfunctional teams and influence without direct authority
- Advanced problemsolving analytical and data interpretation skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as required by project needs
Preferred Certifications & Tools
- Lean or Six Sigma certification
- Experience with tools such as Minitab and ChemCad process modeling
Compensation (U.S. Postings Only)
The expected salary range for this role is 98k-110kannually but specific employee compensation may vary depending on factors including experience education training licensure certification location and other jobrelated nondiscriminatory factors permitted by law.
This role is also eligible to earn a shortterm incentive bonus and the following benefits: 401(k) plan medical dental vision life and disability insurance paid time off paid holidays and paid sick leave.
