A high-demand cash-based outpatient orthopedic clinic in Mountain View is seeking a Physical Therapist to join a collaborative mentorship-driven team. This role emphasizes mastery over volume with true 1:1 care clinical autonomy and time to deliver the best outcomes.

• Full-time preferred (40 hrs/wk) but candidates with 15 hours/week are considered

• New grads are encouraged and supported

Caseload / Patient Population:

• General orthopedic patients in a fully cash-based setting

• Private treatment rooms with full gym access

• Active adults athletes and motivated individuals

• Full-time caseload: 28 patients/week

• All visits are 1:1 60-minute sessions

• AI-supported documentation

• Extra $100 per patient treated beyond the 28-visit threshold

• Specialty development and certification encouraged

Compensation:

• Full-Time Base: $105000$135000

• Total Potential: Up to $165000 with commissions

• Part-Time Rate: $45$60/hour

• $4000 referral bonus for referring a hired PT

Requirements:

• Eligible for CA state licensure as a Physical Therapist

• Prior outpatient ortho experience preferred
