This is a single application process used across multiple mental health and substance use services. Instead of advertising each role separately we maintain a talent pool so we can hire quickly when needs arise.

ACTT (Assertive Community Treatment Team)

  • Intensive multidisciplinary community treatment for individuals with severe and persistent mental health needs
  • High-frequency outreach crisis response and long-term stabilization support

CST (Community Support Team)

  • Community-based mental health support focused on recovery independence and ongoing engagement
  • Structured support for individuals stepping down from higher intensity services or needing preventative intervention

IIH (Intensive In-Home Services)

  • Family-focused in-home therapeutic support for children adolescents and caregivers
  • Support aimed at reducing risk of out-of-home placement and improving family functioning

Personal Care Services

  • Daily living support (ADLs) for individuals with mental health disability or substance use recovery needs
  • Assistance with routines safety and maintaining independence

Tailored Care Management

  • Care coordination for individuals with complex behavioral health and social needs
  • Connecting clients to clinical services housing benefits and community resources

Administrative Teams

  • Intake scheduling documentation and coordination support
  • Ensuring continuity between clinical teams clients and external partners

We recruit across all experience levels from entry-level support roles to licensed clinical positions:

Clinical & Community Support

  • Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP)
  • Behavioral Health Technician / Support Worker
  • Peer Support Specialist
  • Case Manager
  • Care Coordinator
  • Licensed Clinical Staff (LCSW LCMHC LPC LMFT where applicable)

ACTT & CST Services

  • ACTT Team Member (multidisciplinary intensive support)
  • CST Specialist / Community Support Worker

IIH Services

  • IIH Specialist / In-Home Support Worker

Care Management

  • Tailored Care Manager

Education experience & licensing

We work across a wide range of qualifications depending on role:

  • Entry-level support roles: high school diploma or equivalent plus relevant lived or work experience
  • Behavioral health support roles: associate degree or equivalent experience in human services psychology or related fields
  • Professional roles: bachelors degree in social work psychology counseling or related field
  • Licensed clinical roles: active state licensure where required (e.g. LCSW LCMHC LPC LMFT)

We also value:

  • Lived experience in recovery (especially for peer support roles)
  • Direct experience in mental health or substance use services
  • Trauma-informed person-centered approaches

Certifications may include CPR/First Aid crisis intervention training or other state-specific behavioral health requirements depending on role.
