Job Description
Collaborate with customers onsite and remotely across medical commercial and scientific markets to understand their systems processes and technical requirements.
Learn from the market team and application specialists to develop expertise in system integration and translate customer requirements into actionable insights for internal product development and R&D teams.
Assist in the design testing and validation of new products and features.
Create and maintain technical documentation application notes and support materials.
Deliver product training and demonstrations to customers.
Liaise with teams to ensure solutions meet expectations.
